Can I return items that I do not want?
Absolutely. Whenever you buy gemstones or Jewellery from us you have the benefit of our 14-days money-back guarantee, which starts on the day you receive your gemstones or Jewellery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases, just complete the returns form enclosed with your order and send the item back to us for a full refund of the item price. Please note that we only refund items that has not been used. All return goods must be in its original package as it was delivered to customers.
How to return good to us:
A) Simply email us within 14 days of receiving your order for your return authorization number Return Authorisation Code (RAC) and instructions. Write the Return Authorisation Code under your name and return address clearly on the outside of the package.
B) Send your return package back to us via your local post office, postmarked within 7 days of receiving your return authorization number.
Please send your items back to us in original condition, inclusive of original packaging and gemstone certificates if applicable.
For security reasons, do not write “gemstones” or “Jewellery” anywhere on the package. We recommend returns be made through local post office (Royal Mail) for customers in the United Kingdom. Local post services are very reliable and substantially cheaper than any express courier. For orders over £100.00, we recommend registered mail service, which includes tracking. However, for posting outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for the post including the insurance.
Refund Process
After we have received your returned items and verified that your goods are in original condition, we will process refunds within just 1-2 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
We will refund the entire original purchase amount of the item through the same method of payment used in the original purchase. For credit card refunds, in most cases, credits are made available within 2-3 business days, but please allow up to one billing cycle for the transaction to show on your statement.
Unless an error was made on our part, return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the sender and original shipping fees are non-refundable. All sales are final after 14 days of delivery confirmation. All return codes are valid for seven days from the date it is generated and returns must be shipped during this period. If your authorization has expired, please contact us to request for another return code.
