Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted, processing begins immediately. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase may be required.

Delayed Orders

If there is a delay in processing your order before dispatch, you may be eligible to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Londongemstones.com is not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

International Shipping

Yes, If you require International shipment to other part of the world, please see the options at the checkout cart. WE use FedEx and Royal mail.
